Ad Hoc Duties

There may be parents who are keen to be involved in their children's lives but find it tough to do so due to work related or other commitments. After hearing the concerns from parents who would like to contribute in one way or another, the Committee decided to form a new sub group - Ad Hoc from 2024 onwards.

Parents can either be tagged to the following sub groups:

1) Marist Book Lab

2) Morning Duty

3) Recess Duty

4) Rainbow Reading Club

5) Events Team (Fundraising etc)

and submit their availabilities on a monthly basis.

Separately, we are also looking for better ways to serve the School, and hence any special skillsets which will be helpful to the School will be greatly appreciated.

We are looking for Parents who  have:

1) Photography / Videography Skills

2) Event Management Skills

3) Financial Management (Accounting) Skills

4) Blogging / Writing Skills 

A different lanyard will be given to the parents serving on an Ad Hoc basis.

Unfortunately, for School Events such as Racial Harmony Carnival, Learning Journeys, Sports Fiestas etc, priority to serve will only be given to parents who serve regularly.
